Hi,
A few months ago, we P2V'd the server our PRTG instance lives on.
With that process complete, I'm getting the license stating that I need to activate by 5/27 and that the License is already in use on a different system. We can't deactivate/deauthorize the 'old' machine since we P2V'd it and the physical server has been recycled.
I just updated my PRTG instance to the newest release v17.2.30.1883. Is there a way for support to deauthorize the old system ID tied to the license key by chance?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This could be a glitch. Please contact us with this issue at support@paessler.com. Please include the last six digits of your license key so that we can look up the according license.
