When I try to connect my app to my account (using QR code) i get a long error with a bunch of code (no error number).

Not sure why i can't connect? How should I proceed?

Please open a new support ticket (using the ticket no PAE862017) and forward us a screenshot of the entire error message.

Additionally, i have some further questions:

  • Which version of PRTG are you using?
  • Are you referring on iOS or on Android App?
