hi I have made a account, when i log in on PRTG’s webserver, a popup appears which displays “Lost connection to PRTG server!” and I cannot continue. This error has the code PE1235:

Please open PRTG Administration Tool on the PRTG server, go to tab "Logs and Info", there you find a button for uploading logs. In field "Ticket No" please enter the following: PAE859057
