i would like to ask if PRTG monitor can support to monitor the MAPI user count?

currently only RPC user count

Thank you for the KB-Post. I'm afraid in the moment there is no native sensor for it. There is probably a performance counter or WMI class available for this (see: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/2006/09/11/performance-counters-users-logons-connections/). Please check if these still work for you.
