We have used HTTP notifications for years to send info but we are forced to use agent/trap for a wireless controller. Is there a way to send the "binding" strings (2.3.2.1.4.1="Down") through the http notification?
The only documentation I have found for available http notification variables was at What placeholders can I use with PRTG? and there is no mention of trap bind data. If there a work around for this?

Hello Andrew,
we appreciate your KB-Post.
I'm afraid that I have to confirm that the information is accurate, especially this remark:
- Note: Exceptions in usage apply to the the placeholders for Syslogs and SNMP Traps. These can be used in the Custom Content part of Send Email notifications only.
Due to the way that TRAPS and Syslog support was implemented PRTG doesn't know the "last" trap it received or that triggered the alert, as a result when using Email notifications (where the amount of text/data isn't a problem) PRTG sends the last 20 entries. But for other types of notifications (HTTP, SMS, etc) this isn't an option and this option was not made available.
There's currently no plan to change this behavior in the near future.
