Geo maps not working

HI all,

i try to show geo maps on my maps, but geo maps not showing anything in my map. is there anything that I should do to fix my maps ? need your advice

Hello there and thank you for your KB-Post.
Kindly elaborate on "but geo maps not showing anything in my map." - What exactly do you see? Are you able to provide a screenshot? (You'll need to upload it somewhere else and link it here).

Also, which PRTG version are you running?
