Dear support,

I can't locate the folder 'Configuration Auto-Backups' on the Data folder directory that you've given. I've been to core administrative tools to create a configuration snapshot but no luck. I already configure my folder options to see hidden files. Still no luck.

Dear Mk,

Please open the PRTG Administration Tool, switch to the Logs and Info tab and click on Open Log Folder... to go directly into the data-folder of PRTG.

There you should find the Configuration Auto-Backups folder.

Hello Mk,

Then proceed like this to identify the current/correct location of the data path:

  • Open PRTG Administration Tool on the PRTG server
  • Go to tab "Core Server" for manually checking the data-path configured there
