I got error 2003, but the different things is i receive it on some snmp-receiver sensors of my device (other snmp sensors is working)
I tested with SNMP_Test tool and all the OID was working. so i checked the traffic with wiresark the only different between PRTS and SNMP_Test tool is PRTG request multiple OID per each packet (15 request) but SNMP_tool only one req per packet (other settings was same, like version, community string, ...). it seems my device does not support multiple OID request in one packet, Please inform me how to configure PRTG to send requests one by one.

In PRTG, please head to the settings of the device in PRTG, scroll down to the SNMP Compatibility Settings, you'll locate the following option:

Request ModeUse single get: Use one request for each SNMP value. This can increase compatibility with older devices.

This way it will not send multi-requests per query.
