I have a very weird issue and it seems to be affecting me only amongst my colleagues. My dashboard view started acting strange all of a sudden. It shows that there are 3 critical alarms in the top right corner, however, when I click on it, there are no actual alarms. Also, if any of my colleagues acknowledge an alarm, it shows under "Acknowledged", however my view shows these as green. If we do get any red alarms, they appear green and I cannot acknowledge these myself,i.e. It does not give me the option to do so. I normally use Chrome, but I tried on IE and Firefox but get the same issue. Also tried on another PC. We use Active directory and so I've tried changing my password hoping it would trigger something but still the issue persists. Please help

Which user access rights does your account have? The view of particular sensors can be restricted for read only and write users. This is also described here.

First, let one of your colleagues log into PRTG on your workstation. Does the error view work as expected then?

I restarted the core service. This seemed to have helped. Still a strange issue though
