While acknowledging alerts, is there a way to remove all other options except for "Acknowledge Indefinitely", and also a way to require message/notes when acknowledging? Our helpdesk has a habit of acknowledging for only a few hours/days and/or not entering notes. I'd like to be able to limit what options they have.

Such configuration is not possible, I am sorry.

Even though PRTG is quite flexible, in many cases we decided to offer a good standard solution with no further customization.
