It's possible modify backup schedule PRTG (Time start backup job) or create a new Backup Job?
Which is the way to this procedure?

thank you for your KB-Post.
The automatic backup usually happens around 03:08AM and this cannot be changed. However, it is possible to trigger a new backup/snapshot at any time from within Setup > System Administration > Administrative Tools: Create Configuration Snapshot.
You can also automate this process as described here, but the default daily backup should be sufficient:
