I have configured SQL query based sensor on PRTG for one of my Oracle ERP Workflow service.

All Works fine now question is that once there is some changes in workflow like down or warning state it send notification on email which is correct but i upper part of email the summarized notification is showing duplicate occurrence for the same event! This is unusual. please see highlighted image

Thank you very much for the KB-Post. I did edit your post to remove the screenshot, because it was still showing email addresses as well as internal hostnames & IPs from your network.
To debug the issue, we need screenshots showing the:

  1. Overview-Tab
  2. Settings-Tab
  3. Notification-Tab
  4. and Log-Tab of this very sensor. You can send the screenshots via email to us in reference to this KB-Thread, if you don't want to share them in public.
