We are receiving an error message with our PRTG installation that our license has expired even though we have support until 12/20/2020. I have tried rebooting the core server, installing a trial key, and reinstalling our commercial key but, we are still seeing the same error message. What could be causing the problem? This is our production system and we need help urgently.

May I please ask you to open a support ticket for that inquiry (using the ticket no PAE830912) and to send us the last six digits of your license key and your current System-ID as well? This would allow me to check the current status of your license in our system.
You should find both information under Setup >> License.
