I've just checked the Router's Datasheet:

The following Management alternatives are available:

Management ProtocolsWeb browser, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) v3, Bonjour, Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)

I've highlighted the SNMP protocol because this is the "mainly" spoken protocol by PRTG. Please refer to the following manual page for an introduction to SNMP:

Basically, configure SNMP on your device, make sure that it answers to ping an run an Auto-Discovery. PRTG will deploy all standard compatible sensors automatically.
