Hi there,

It will also be possible to measure the packet loss using a Ping Sensor. By default, PRTG sends 5 pings with a delay of 5 ms.
If you have an IP-SLA enabled Cisco device, you can use the Cisco IP SLA Sensor to measure the Number of lost packets and in percent.
You can also use the native Quality of Service Sensors.
