Problem while monitoring UPS Emerson

I am currently having problems, to monitor our Emerson GXT3-10000RT208 UPS, I have already tried using the MIB Snmp Library and also the manufacturer's MIB. The error that returns is the "No interfaces available on this device (code: PE049)" Could you help me, please?

Thank you for your KB-post.

Please use our SNMP Tester, run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform a test "Scan OIDLIB" against the target UPS. Which results do you get in the Tester?

Please send us the result log file from the Tester to support@paessler.com (please refer to this KB article in the ticket).
