With our previous monitoring software we reported the top CPU, Memory and Disk usage. I was checking out the reporting function in PRTG and there were some top 10 report templates. But they report the top 10 uptimes/downtime of the sensor I guess.

Is there a possibility to report the highest CPU/Memory usage per server per site/client over a month?

I am afraid that this is not possible using default reporting options in PRTG.

However, you can try using tags to filter specific sensors types in the reports, and then the reports should use the "Top ..."-templates.
