is it possible to integrate a table in a map which shows just the non-acknowledged alarms?

I'm afraid only by an edited map-object. For example if you create a copy of the 'Data Tables: Alarms' (tableA0.htm in the '\PRTG Network Monitor\webroot\mapobjects'-folder - [\PRTG Network Monitor\website\mapobjects-folder for PRTG versions older than 13.2]) remove the following line:
This should remove acknowledged sensors.
