Hello!

Some days ago our PRTG server went down and didn't response from Web-interface.

I've checked services - they all are running

I've tried to access PRTG site from server on which it's running like https://127.0.0.01 and success, it works!

But I can't access PRTG site from any computer in the local network

Can you please help me?

Hello Greg,

Please check tab "Web Server" in PRTG Administration Tool on the PRTG server to see which IPs are configured for the web server. It appears it might be configured only for local access right now.

In case you require further assistance, send us a support bundle and enter PAE822380 in field "Ticket ID".
