HP Proliant physical disk - "Could not find any disk on this device, (code:PE188)

I'm trying to add the HP Proliant Physical Disk sensor but I receive the error "Could not find any disk on this device. (code:PE188).

I've installed the HP Insight Management Agents and HP Insight Management WBEM Providers, as well as HPE System Management Homepage. I'm using PRTG version 16.3.26.

What could be causing this error?
