Hi, During the trial edition installation on my server in company, i need to enter my license name and key. After i entered it, it pop out "contacting passler license server" (initializing License) Due to my company does not allow connect to external server... does it impact on usage ?? Thanks.

Title shows "Warning! Could not Check Maintenance!" There is an issue with the validation of your maintenance
PRTG could not check your maintenance because it can not connect to the license server. If there is no maintenance active, PRTG will not run until you extend your maintenance. Please only continue if you have active maintenance.
Afterwards, i can not use prtg..

Thank you for your knowledge base post.
During the setup PRTG tries to communicate with our activation servers. If this connection could not be established because your server is offline, PRTG will check this connection for approximately five minutes.
Afterwards the setup will continue allowing you to finish the installation.
Of course, you can run PRTG in an offline environment, however some functions like the auto-update require an internet connection.
