I've got some servers which have large volumes mounted under mount paths (folders) rather than as drive letters. The WMI Disk Free (Multi) Sensor doesn't pick those up, so a single disk sensor has to be added for them. Is it possible to WMI Disk Free (Multi) to discover these mount paths?

It's been 3 and half years now since this inquiry was made and it seems the sensor still does not pick these up. Is there another way to do so and if not, any reason why you're not looking into it? I can get the info from a Linux host with a simple wmic query.

As you can seen, there have not been further requests for this feature. Please try using the Share Free Disk Sensor though.

It's not a share, it's a mount path. Please consider this a request for this feature.

Hi, any news on this? I'm trying to monitor some Exchange Servers which uses mountpoints for Database disks. Would be nice to be able to see their utilization.

I have the same problem. We have normally a C: drive and all other drives are Mountpoints. In our case under c:\mountpoints\%NAME%
It would be really nice to have the Free Disk Space (Multi Drive) to monitor also Mountpoints in Windows.
So please vote for this feature.... ;-)

There are two sensor types that can monitor mount points on Windows systems:
Please use these sensors instead of the WMI Free Disk Space (Multi Disk) sensor to monitor mount points.

Add another vote to monitor mount points.
What is required to have development start on this?

Hi Jose,
As Gerald already said, there are already two sensors which are able to monitor mount points :)
Best regards.

Hello,
I'm afraid with Multi-Disk Sensors it's not possible.
Best Regards.
