Nom d'utilisateur pour connexion ssl

Bonjour, je viens d'installer PRTG votre site m"a demander de passer en SSL ensuite il me demande un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe. Comment les connaitres car je n'ai juste saisi, sur votre site, que le nom de l'ordinateur, le nom complet et mon mail ?
