Remote Probe Failover

Hi,

I have the following estructure:

PRTG Core server using cluster, and 3 remote probes on diferent locations.

If prtg core master fail, slave takes ON, ok!

But if remote probe fail, i lost the monitoring whit my locations;

My question is. Are there failover/contingency configuration for remote probes ?

Hi there,

Remote Probes do not have a such a "failover mechanism". The "only" failover functionality regarding Remote Probes is whether they send their monitoring data only to the master or addtionally also to the failover, so you continue to gather that data in case the master is down and the failover takes over.
