Thank you for your kb-post.

Is the virtual machine you like to monitor running on Citrix XenServer version 5.0 (or later) and do you configured the CREDENTIALS FOR VMWARE/XENSERVER in the device's settings? Please make sure to fulfill all necessary remarks of the specific sensor.

If you still encounter the issue, please contact Paessler support team and attach your support bundle allowing us to better understand the described situation.
