Hello,

When it is selected a Map as a main screen (homepage) doing in the main Page "Home" -> " "Maps desginer by me" " , this screen NEVER refresh automatically!!!. Does is a normal operation in PRTG?

What Auto Refresh Interval (Setup > Account Settings > My Account) are you using?

Dear Alejandro,

Please refer to this knowledge base article (Changing/Setting Maps default refresh time) and check if either the mentioned "Refresh"-button on the bottom of a map or the URL-extension solves your issue.
