Map designer - Traffic graph locked to specific devices link ?

We have map with network topology but is there any chance to attach traffic sensor data as small graph-only objekt and lock it (attach) to link between 2 devices ?

The plan is the graph will move during object move in map designer.

ie:

Device1 ---------- traffic graph ----------- Device2
