my Prtg Core server service can not start

PRTG Core Server Service in my server cannot start with this error:
| The PRTG Core Server Service started and then stopped.some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. |

Hi,
Please open the PRTG PRTG Administrator Tool and try to start the Core Server Service below the Service Start/Stop tab. Which error message do you receive from there?

My Problem is solved with this solution,Thank you Paessler:
Please rename the "ticketdata.dat" to "ticketdata.dat.old" in the following folder:
| "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Ticket Database\" |
Please start PRTG from the "Services" tab of the PRTG Administration Tool
