PRTG Core Server Service in my server cannot start with this error:

The PRTG Core Server Service started and then stopped.some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

Hi,

Please open the PRTG PRTG Administrator Tool and try to start the Core Server Service below the Service Start/Stop tab. Which error message do you receive from there?

My Problem is solved with this solution,Thank you Paessler:
Please rename the "ticketdata.dat" to "ticketdata.dat.old" in the following folder:

"C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Ticket Database\"

Please start PRTG from the "Services" tab of the PRTG Administration Tool
