Hello,

The server where PRTG was installed crashed.

I am reinstalling the app.

The last backup is <root version="13" oct="PRTG Network Monitor 16.1.21.1924 x64"

The latest version I installed is <root version="14" oct="PRTG Network Monitor 16.4.27.6720 x64

Now I can not restore from backup.

Where can I download the exact <root version="13" oct="PRTG Network Monitor 16.1.21.1924 x64" version from?

Hello Vladimir,

PRTG will store the latest installed version in the installation folder, which is

C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Installer Archive

by default. This will include the previous version as well as the current version.
