How to monitor network teams on older Windows (pre 2012)?

I'd like to monitor network teams on older versions of Windows server, e.g. on Win 2008 R2. I'm looking for something similar to the PRTG network card sensor, but for a team, not only for a single interface. Can you show me how to do this?
