Currently running PRTG network monitor. Exactly how can we monitor multiple interfaces on a cisco switch. We need to know if a interfaces is up\up if it were to go down\down or if the interfaces does down.

PRTG offers three different options for the Connection Status Handling:
You can then create a new notification to get notified if the sensors change their status.
