Netflow v9 custom sensor

I have created a netflow v9 sensor from a device that sends flows from multiple source subnets. The netflow sensor is only displaying data from one of the many sources it's being sent. I have verified ,via packet analysis, that the multiple sources are reaching the prtg server. Do you have to have the subnets defined elsewhere in prtg for them to be displayed?
