We are using prtg at out office to monitor our network devices scattered around the world, the thing is that at some places we have so many devices that they actually are really close on the map and we want to move the device icon by hand to have a better view of each individual icon, but just some.
It is possible to use geo location and still be able to move some of them manually?
Thanks.

Thanks for your reply, we are actually grouping all our sensors on groups but even doing that results in a very crowded map full of points. Hope that for future releases they implement something to move them manually.

Dear quim
That is not possible. The geomap shows all children object with a known geolocation, without having an option to overwrite the actual placement on the geomap. A kind of workaround would be to enter a wrong geolocation into the according objects to have them placed somewhere else on the map. Another (and preferred) solution would be to not only use the global geomap, but also geomaps for probes or groups, to have a smaller area covered and therefore a better spatial resolution.
