I have a problem that i cannot explain. We are using PRTG to monitor the Network traffic on our Watchguard M300 and everything is fine. But every day at the same time, around 12pm, we will get the error message on the interface that is connect to our ISP:
"No such instance SNMP Error 223" |
Our ISP is reconnecting our internet 1 times /day so i think the error occurs on the re-connection. But why is this error ongoing for 3,5h? After this time period PRTG is successfully reconnecting to the interface and the monitoring is fine.

To better understand what is happening we'll need a screenshot from the settings tab from both the failed sensor (Error 223) and the newly deployed sensor that you create afterwards. Use your image upload service os choice to host the screenshots and share the link here.
Please also confirm, what type of interface is this? PPP? Ethernet?
