Graph change color if 0 or 1

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to change color of this graph: http://i.imgur.com/aoI5Fyh.jpg

For example if it's 0 that it's red and when it's on 1 that it's green? This is a custom WMI senzor for active RDP. Been searching for few hours for a guide but it seems I can't find anything under "graph".
