We need an MS-SQL sensor wich send us the query execution time and the result of the query every time when it is run. How can we do this?

That is not possible. There is an indirect way, though it is not pretty: Use a channel limit to keep the sensor in permanent warning state and use a state trigger which repeats every 0 seconds.
