We have a customer that have a try to log in in PRTG with his own user and password of Active Directory and when his does every time PRTG first show a pop-up "ASK A QUESTION OR GIVE US YOUR FEEDBACK"with some information to complete. Does is possible to eliminate this pop-up?

Homepage it is PRTG by default has. This pop-up it is generate to all user that log-in with this own Active Directorys credential.

Hello,

If it´s a commercial PRTG version it´s possibible to hide the pop-up. Please open a support ticket (support@paessler.com), refer to this case so we can send you stap by step instruction to hide the popup.

If your customer is using a PRTG trial / Freeware version unfortunataly, the popup can not be disabled.
