Thank you very much for your KB-Post. PRTG displays this message only in cases the VMware Sensor cannot gather at least CPU information from the VMware target host. If you say, that load is not an issue, at those times, and the target still provides such false positives (because it isn't responding with a CPU load value), I'm very much afraid, then you can only try to adjust triggers accordingly in PRTG, that you won't be notified in each instance of the target not responding as it should.
