Hello,

For example if I have a hundred of temperature sensors in different datacenter and one of them originate an alarm. Can I have pop-up alert in the middle of the screen (a big one) with information specific of this sensor (like his name or which datacenter it is alamr from)? So I refer a specific information not all logs generate in PRTG like pop-up of desktop application PRTG Network Monitor.

I'm very much afraid that is not possible in the webinterface. The Enterprise Console delivers such a popup though.
