SMS Alerts on PRTG

Good day,

I had installed prtg on PC (Named : BVNPRTG) and configured it to send sms in case 5 servers go down and it worked.

The BVNPRTG network disconnected due to network erorr yesterday and PRTG send sms to alerts that 5 servers went down although all of them still up. Anyone can help me how to configure prtg doesn't send sms if the BVNPRTG network disconnected ?

If the network gets disconnected on the BVNPRTG system, it will assume that the servers are down since they can't be contacted.

You may want to investigate improving the connectivity on your PRTG server as this will be essential in having accurate monitoring results.
