Within PRTG via the Contact Support button it's possible to make a Support call and upload log files etc. which is very handy
It seems this is working via https://api.prtgcloud.com:443 but only via the unsafe SSLV3 protocol
SSLV3 is of course blocked by our Security department
Is there a way to enforce TLSv1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 for the Contact Support feature ?

Hello,
Thank you for your KB-Post. "api.prtgcloud.com:443" should only use TLS 1.x. Can you share a screenshot where we can see that SSLv3 is still possible?
best regards.
