PRTG windows network card Sensor

I have added a basic windows network card sensor to 2 workstations with intel i210 and realtek network cards. Sensors are added successfully but i dont see any data on sensor. I do have same sensor on other servers and the data is showing up normally. only with these 2 workstations i have problem. All other sensors on these workstation...CPU, RAM, HDD IO are normal
