On a 10GB cisco switchport, a vendor is providing me with 2GB synchronous bandwidth (CIR or shaped), but the interface graph does not properly reflect the usage as a percentage of the allowed bandwidth - 500MB of outbound bandwidth should show as 25% of the total bandwidth allowed, it is showing as 50% since the inbound or outbound have not exceeded 1GB How do I set a interface to a actual bandwidth so I can provide management wiht accurate reports? Thank you

Thank you, that is what I am looking for. This is a per sensor setting, cannot be set as a default, correct?

Hello,
You can set this option for multiple, already existing sensors, at the same time, in the following way:
- please click on "Sensors -> By Type -> S -> SNMP Traffic",
- select all desired sensors in the list,
- hover over the arrow icon -> click on Settings,
- click on Channel Settings -> select desired channel, e.g. "Traffic In" -> tick "Data" -> select "Display in percent of maximum", and there you can set a maximum value for bandwidth.
Please note that this can be applied only if multiple sensors have common channels.

Hello,
Please click on the corresponding sensor channel (e.g. Traffic In/Traffic Out/Traffic Total), and in the channel settings, under "Data" please choose the option "Display in percent of maximum" and enter the maximum value of allowed bandwidth.
Best regards
