Hey all!

I'm new to the software and upon the trial period, I noticed when I tried to send my reset password from the default password...The reset password is NOT sent to the recovery email address. I've checked spam, new, blah blah... but to no avail, I have not been able to find the reset password email to allow me use of the software!!

I"ve tried multiple ways, and to no avail.... I"m screwed. I would like to log into the software (administrator, enteprise, as well as the online browser access. Please help me! Thank you for your time!

Hello,

If you have forgotten/lost your PRTG credentials, please open PRTG Administration Tool -> tab "Administrator" and there you can set new username and password.
