ENHANCEMENT REQUEST - Only show Maintenance renewal message to admin users

Can we have an option to only to show the Maintenance renewal and Expired Maintenance messages to admin users, please.

Normal users do not need to be notified regarding maintenance status.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will have a look at it and decide if we change the display of the maintenance renewal reminder.
