Getting access denied from one server

I am trying to create a sensor from a new probe, it give me access denier error. I have another probe server and the sensors are created successfully from there.

Hello Joanna,

Which sensor are you trying to add? If it works from another probe, then it is most like due to the credentials that are set for this probe and being inherited to sensors. Check "Settings" tab of the working probe to see what's configured there.
