how to solve socket error #10061 in prtg network monitor

I added an instance in net monitor and enabled http, ssl security port 8081. Both the sensors are down with the error message "Socket error 10061 ". How do I solve this ?

Could you post a screenshot of the configuration of the sensor? is the page publically available?
If the image contains critical data, I won't publish it, no worries.
