I am unable to See My Syslog via Syslog Receiver Sensor ?

I am testing Prtg on windows server 2012 R2 when i add syslog receiver sensor on it it was unable to provide me syslogs of my machine. please gave me your suggestions regarding the issue. as same as i also add a laptop in the device with OS Windows 8 in it same the problem persists to me it was unable to provide me syslog messages whether i also installed an syslog agent in it please told me some suggestions regarding the issue.

Who is sending the sylog data? Switch, Firewall,...? Try a sylog generator (like Kiwi SyslogGen) to test in general if the sylog receiver is working.
