i want to move the devices from the free license to newly bought licensed server... note: Licensed server also got many other devices and groups in production.

Kindly note that it is not possible to move devices or any part of the configuration between two PRTG installations.

If you want to keep your PRTG installation on the same machine, you can apply the commercial PRTG installer over the top of the currently running freeware. You can download the software from our Paessler Service Center using your registered email and password.

If you want to install licensed PRTG on a new computer, please first migrate your freeware PRTG installation to the new machine (please see the migration guide) and then you can apply the commercial license on the new computer.
