I purchased a commercial license of PRTG today and now it won't work. Every time I try and start the PRTG Core Server Service, I get the following: "Sorry, could not start PRTG Core Server (Web server)

Could not start webserver for http://127.0.0.1: Structural error in xml file, 15 open items."

I've tried restoring a backup config as suggested here: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/51973-could-not-start-webserver:-structural-error-in-xml-file-9-open-items-id:-1000 That did not work.

This can be done via the "PRTG Administration Tool". Send us the configuration file from the tab card "Logs and Infos" with a reference to this KB-Thread.
